We believe using Cove as a form of expressive therapy has a role to play in improving emotional and mental health by encouraging self-expression.

 

Cove may be most useful when you find it difficult to express yourself through other means, such as talking or writing.

Cove can be used whenever you feel like it, there is no right or wrong way. You can use it by yourself, or with others.

We believe for the greatest benefit, Cove should be used alongside professional therapy.
